POSITION SUMMARY: Watermark Health is looking to add a full-time RN to support and offer leadership at the Mobile Clinic. The Mobile Clinic Charge Nurse will facilitate and help lead clinical operations, support the clinic's administrative needs, and help oversee volunteer management and shepherding.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE:
- Active member in good standing at Watermark Community Church or Partner Church
- Aligned with and passionate about the mission/vision/values of WMH
- Minimum 3+ years of full-time professional nursing experience
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas, BLS certification
- Proficient with EHRs, Microsoft Teams, and Office Suite, and quick learner of other databases and systems
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations and Administration
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastoral and medical supplies so that patient care can be done excellently by staff and volunteers.
- Oversee Mobile’s labs, including daily, weekly, and monthly quality control tasks.
- Lead the execution of Specialty Events (School Physical Day, Inclement Weather, pop-up clinics, etc)
Patient Care
- Oversee triage, registration, intake, medication administration, health education, patient follow-up, and pastoral care conversations so that patients experience healthcare in a dignified, Christ-glorifying, way.
- Partner with South Dallas/Mobile Provider to provide medical, relational, and spiritual leadership for patient interactions, coaching, and training volunteers in patient encounters
- Provide spiritual leadership over FD, RN, and PC volunteers and their discipleship in pursuing compassionate Christ-centered care (fulfilling role responsibilities, living out CARED values, regular check-ins)
- Partner with Clinical Services team in the development and execution of Primary Care services
Community Outreach
- Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and community leaders to identify outreach opportunities and participate in leading the community outreach strategy for South Dallas.
- Supervise Mobile community outreach events that raise awareness about the clinic's services and help to engage the community.
- Seek the welfare of the community by building relationships with community leaders, ministries, and local church members by helping to address their healthcare concerns.
