The UKG Architect owns the end-to-end architecture and technical delivery for enterprise Workforce Management initiatives using UKG Pro WFM. This role defines architectural standards, manages complex integrations, and provides technical leadership across the entire WFM technology stack.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of IT experience, including three years in a technical or systems architect role. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.
I. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UKG Architect to own end-to-end architecture for enterprise Workforce Management initiatives built on UKG Pro WFM. This role leads architecture, design, integration, implementation, and stabilization across UKG WFM, and serves as the technical authority for workforce management solutions. The Principal Architect sets architectural standards, resolves the most complex cross-system design problems, and represents WFM architecture in enterprise-wide technology decisions.
