The Manager, Data & AI Platforms coordinates operational delivery by serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and managed service providers. This role oversees vendor performance, manages service levels, and ensures platform reliability while supporting technical teams in executing strategic initiatives.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business Administration, or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data, analytics, or AI platform environments is required.
I. Job Summary
The Manager, Data & AI Platform is responsible for coordinating the operational delivery of the Data & AI Platforms function. This role serves as the primary connection between business stakeholders, technical teams, strategic vendors, and Managed Service Providers.
The manager ensures that platform services are delivered reliably, stakeholder expectations are managed effectively, vendors meet contractual and operational commitments, and technical teams receive the coordination and support required to execute successfully.
This position reports directly to the Director, Data & AI Platforms.
