The Operations Manager is responsible for the onboarding, coaching, and performance management of drivers and helpers while ensuring safety and operational standards are met. They spend the majority of their time in the field conducting investigations, auditing route documentation, and resolving customer service issues.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree or a High School Diploma with at least two years of relevant work experience. A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to obtain a REAL ID for travel is necessary.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $74K - $90K This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
