Candidates should have a general interest in custodial or maintenance work and the ability to operate power equipment like blowers and power washers. Must be a detail-oriented team player capable of working a flexible schedule, including weekends.

General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.
Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
Benefits and Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
