The Programmatic Manager will oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization across DSPs with a focus on CTV/SVOD and Amazon DSP. They will collaborate with planning teams to translate strategic briefs into detailed activation plans and analyze data to drive campaign performance.
Candidates must have solid, hands-on programmatic trading experience and a strong working knowledge of Amazon DSP. Proficiency in Excel, analytical skills, and the ability to manage client relationships are essential for this role.

Someone who is confident working with data to optimise delivery and translate platform performance into clear client narratives.
Someone who is proactive, organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure, energised by both campaign execution and staying ahead of a fast-moving streaming landscape
Someone with great communication and interpersonal skills, who takes responsibility and accountability.
Someone curious about how AI and automation are shaping the future of programmatic trading, and open to helping shape our approach as we build it out.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Planning and AV teams to translate briefs and strategic direction from planning into detailed programmatic activation plans, with particular ownership of CTV/SVOD and Amazon DSP campaigns
Manage campaign setup, trafficking and optimisation across DSPs, with a focus on Amazon DSP and CTV supply partners (Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+ and more)
Research and recommend inventory sources, ad formats and tactics as the CTV/SVOD landscape evolves
Work with ad operations to ensure correct trafficking and pixel implementation
Work closely with planning teams to ensure programmatic recommendations complement overall media strategy and campaign objectives
Analyse campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities.
Support client teams with campaign commentary, learnings and post-campaign analysis
Maintain and grow strong relationships with key media, data, and tech partners
Support and train junior team members on campaign setup and platform use
CORE SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong working knowledge of Amazon DSP and at least one other major DSP.
Hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns, and recent CTV experience preferred.
Understanding of programmatic targeting, bidding strategies and inventory types (bidded and reservation)
Strong analytical skills, confident working in Excel
Understanding of relevant performance and brand metrics
Confident client-facing and presentation skills
Interest and awareness of wider digital and offline media channels
