The Service Greeter is responsible for welcoming customers to the service department and managing financial transactions such as payments and receipts. They also address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and stay informed about new products and services.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional appearance, and a strong work ethic. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position.
