The Role
Reporting to the VP, Safety, Sustainability & People, the Manager will provide practical, field-focused support that improves consistency, execution, risk management, and safe workplace outcomes across the business. Develop role-based training, competency frameworks, learning paths, and practical implementation tools that support successful program execution.
Advance EHS technology, digital workflows, dashboards, automation, analytics, mobile tools, and knowledge repositories to improve visibility and decision making.
Maintain critical control and high-risk work programs aligned with SIF prevention, HOP principles, STCKY hazard identification, and field execution needs.
Coordinate audit scheduling, status tracking, corrective action visibility, and enterprise-level trend reporting.
Support project safety, customer site requirements, contractor management, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
The Candidate
Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety or a related discipline,
7–10 years of progressive experience in EHS program management, safety management systems, training development, project execution, or operational safety leadership.
Experience working in an industrial, equipment, field service, construction, transportation, manufacturing, or multi-branch environment is preferred.
