The Service Secretary acts as the first point of contact for customers, managing phone calls and scheduling service appointments. They provide administrative support to service advisors and coordinate workflow between the Parts and Service departments.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to impeccable attendance. Previous experience in automotive service or reception is preferred but not required.
