本ポジションでは、VRChatの日本におけるパートナーシップおよび事業開発活動をサポートしていただきます。
日本チームの責任者や社内の各チームと密に連携しながら、パートナー企業との調整、プロジェクト進行管理、契約関連プロセスのサポート、各種施策の推進を担っていただきます。
本ポジションは、パートナーとの関係構築・調整と、オペレーション実務の両方を楽しめる方に向けた、パートタイムの業務委託ポジションです。
社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら、自律的にタスクを管理し、スピード感のある環境でプロジェクトを前に進められる、整理力と主体性のある方を求めています。
国内外のパートナー、クリエイター、社内関係者と連携し、進行中のビジネス施策をサポート
パートナーシップ開発およびアライアンスマネジメントに関するコミュニケーション、日程調整、フォローアップ対応
契約書ドラフトの作成補助、レビュー調整、締結進行管理、および関連する事務手続き
複数プロジェクトにおけるスケジュール、会議運営、アクションアイテム、業務フローの管理
議事録、プレゼン資料、レポート、その他ビジネス資料の作成
グローバルチームと英語で連携し、各地域間の認識合わせをサポート
日本市場におけるイベント施策、プロモーション施策、コラボレーション、パートナープログラムのサポート
必要に応じた市場調査、競合調査、各種事務サポート
4〜5年程度のビジネス実務経験
パートナー企業、ベンダー、外部ステークホルダーとの調整経験
契約関連プロセスやビジネスオペレーションのサポート経験
ネイティブレベルの日本語力、およびビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力
複数の優先事項を同時に管理できる高い整理力
主体的かつ細部に注意を払い、プロジェクトを最後まで責任を持って進められる方
優れた文章作成能力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
スタートアップや少人数でスピード感のあるチームでの勤務経験
エンターテインメント、ゲーム、XR、クリエイターエコノミー、IP関連業界での経験
海外チームや異文化のステークホルダーとの協業経験
VRChat、バーチャルワールド、クリエイタープラットフォーム、UGCエコシステムへの理解・関心
