Coordinate energy-saving activities and continuous improvements to reduce energy consumption and meet environmental goals. This includes analyzing energy usage, implementing energy conservation measures (ECM), and supporting future installations to ensure energy efficiency.
Requires a technical education or relevant work experience with strong knowledge of plant equipment, automatic control systems (BMS/SCADA), and energy management. Proficiency in both Swedish and English is mandatory.

För att stödja våra miljöambitioner och minska driftskostnaderna söker vi nu en teknisk specialist – media på Plant Environment VCT som kommer att hjälpa till att driva energieffektivitet och kontinuerliga förbättringar tillsammans med våra fabriker.
Energieffektivitet är ett lagarbete – men det kräver stark samordning, skarp analys och praktisk uppföljning. I denna roll kommer du ha en viktig roll i vårt lokala energispararbete, i nära samarbete med produktions-, underhålls- och projektorganisationer i alla shoparna på VCT för att säkerställa optimerad energianvändning i den dagliga driften och framtida installationer. Du kommer att tillhöra Plant Environment VCT-organisationen och rapportera till miljöchefen på VCT.

Som teknisk specialist – media kommer du att samordna energisparaktiviteter och ständiga förbättringar, med ett tydligt fokus på att sänka energianvändningen och uppnå våra miljömål. Du kommer även fokusera på att stötta fabrikerna i månadsanalyser och på Energy kaizen.
Ditt arbete kommer att innehålla:
Vi letar efter någon som kombinerar teknisk förståelse med ett praktiskt, förbättringsfokuserat tänkesätt – någon som tycker om att samarbeta, analysera och omvandla idéer till mätbara resultat.
Kvalifikationer som man måste ha:
• Teknisk utbildning och/eller relevant arbetslivserfarenhet
• God kunskap om process-/anläggningsutrustning och lokala underhållsprocedurer (t.ex. belysning, tryckluft och ventilationsinstallationer
• Allmän kunskap om automatiska styrsystem och deras komponenter/funktionalitet (t.ex. BAS/BMS/SCADA eller liknande
• Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
• Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office-applikationer
• Ett stort engagemang och intresse för teknik och teknikutveckling
• Mycket god datorvana
• Kommunikationsfärdighet genom att bland annat obehindrat behärska svenska samt engelska i tal och skrift.
• God förmåga att på ett pedagogiskt sätt förmedla sin kunskap och budskap.
• God kunskap inom energi och mediaområdet.
