Lead a multidisciplinary team of psychologists and social workers to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for offender rehabilitation. Oversee the delivery of structured programs and provide clinical supervision and performance development to staff.
Requires an accredited qualification in Psychology (AHPRA registered) or a Master's in Social Work (AASW member) with at least 5 years of experience. Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams within correctional or institutional settings is essential.
