A recognised trade qualification or demonstrable hands-on technical experience
Strong knowledge of health and safety practices within a maintenance or engineering environment
Experience working with building services systems and plant, ideally within leisure or similar settings
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose faults effectively
Confidence using digital or computer-based maintenance systems
A valid UK driving licence
