As an ERP Systems Analyst, you'll support and enhance our ERP and related business applications across multiple manufacturing sites. From configuration and reporting to troubleshooting and continuous improvement, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running effectively.
This is a fully onsite position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Configure and Support ERP Systems
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 modules including Finance, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Maintenance.
- Support day-to-day system operations, troubleshooting issues and restoring service quickly when problems arise.
- Evaluate system changes and enhancements while considering downstream impacts and long-term supportability.
Deliver Practical Solutions
- Gather and validate business requirements and translate them into system configuration and technical solutions.
- Support core business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Deliver, and Lead-to-Customer.
- Participate in testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
Build Reporting and Integrations
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SSRS.
- Write and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
- Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business applications using Power Platform, Logic Apps, and related technologies.
Drive Data Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Support data migration and master data management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, training materials, and support procedures.
- Train key users and provide ongoing system support across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required
- 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP systems.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.
- Experience participating in ERP implementations through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Working knowledge of finance, manufacturing, inventory, warehouse management, procurement, or supply chain processes.
- Strong SQL skills including queries, views, stored procedures, and data transformation.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
Preferred
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience in food manufacturing or process manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, SSRS, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
- Experience with data migration and ERP integrations.
- Exposure to AI-enabled business tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
