The operator is responsible for the startup, operation, and troubleshooting of dairy processing equipment while maintaining strict food safety and quality documentation. They must also perform preventative maintenance, sanitation tasks, and assist with training new employees.
Candidates are preferred to have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). The role requires the ability to follow safety and quality policies and the capacity to perform physical tasks within a manufacturing environment.
