The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' communication, cognition, and swallowing functions. They will provide therapeutic interventions in a home-based setting while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a current state SLP license. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) are preferred.
