The Clinical Lab Supervisor is responsible for overseeing laboratory staff, coordinating biological specimen testing, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met. They also manage equipment maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in process improvement and budgeting initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and satisfy CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing. The role requires at least three years of clinical laboratory experience, including one year in transfusion or blood banking.
