Manage and maintain the Workday Core HCM system post go-live to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with organizational processes. Serve as the primary resource for resolving system inquiries and implementing enhancements in collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday ERP with a focus on configuration, security, and reporting. Workday certification and experience with Azure DevOps are preferred.

About Vitalant: At Vitalant, our work saves lives—and behind the scenes, strong systems help make that possible. We're looking for a HCM Sr. ERP Systems Analyst – Workday to support and enhance our enterprise applications that power critical HCM modules in the Workday ERP.
Position Overview:
Vitalant is seeking a skilled Workday Core HCM Specialist to join our team in supporting and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system following its go-live. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth post-implementation operations, continuous improvement, and user support within the Core HCM module.
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days a week in office - M-F 8 am - 5 pm
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annual DOE
