The Site Manager oversees daily operations of one or more construction sites to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. They are responsible for implementing company processes and strictly adhering to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols.
Candidates should possess relevant third-level education or trade qualifications and ideally have over 5 years of experience in a similar construction role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a deep understanding of current building regulations and certification standards are required.

Job Summary
The Site Manager oversees the daily management of either a large construction site or multiple smaller sites, ensuring that Vision Contracting Ltd (VCL) processes and procedures are effectively implemented. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while strictly adhering to the company’s Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols. For large, multi-sectional, or highly complex projects, the Site Manager may work as part of a broader team on-site. However, they may serve as the senior leader, taking full responsibility for the overall management and successful delivery of multiple sites.
