Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:
Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
Unterstützung und Organisation von Onboarding- und Offboardingprozessen
Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen, Organisation von Interviews
Stammdatenpflege im HR System Workday
Unterstützung im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft; Koordination von Terminen, Betreuung von Systemen und Plattformen sowie Verwaltung von Zusatzleistungen
Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten und Optimierung sowie Darstellung interner Prozesse
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Personalwesen
Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich sind von Vorteil
Grundkenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Sozialversicherungsrecht, sowie im Tarifrecht
Sicherer Umgang mit HR Software, idealerweise Workday und MS Office
Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
