The legal trainee will assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing signatures, and handling administrative tasks for foreign group companies. They will also support KYC processes and other legal support functions under the guidance of experienced lawyers.

Nyt etsimme joukkoomme osa-aikaista, motivoitunutta lakiharjoittelijaa, joka haluaa päästä näkemään läheltä, millaista juridinen työ on nopeasti kasvavassa, kansainvälisessä teknologiayrityksessä.
Tehtävänkuvaus
Harjoittelun aikana pääset osallistumaan monipuolisiin, avustaviin tehtäviin ja saat arvokasta käytännön kokemusta kokeneemman juristin ohjauksessa. Tyypillisiä työtehtäviä ovat:
Juridisten asiakirjojen laatiminen, tarkistaminen ja allekirjoitusten hoitaminen
Ulkomaisten konserniyhtiöiden hallintoon liittyvät tehtävät
KYC-prosessien läpivienti
Muut juridiset ja hallinnolliset tukitoiminnot
Odotamme sinulta
1–3 vuotta oikeustieteen opintoja
Suomen lainsäädännön tuntemusta; ymmärrys yhtiöoikeudesta on eduksi
Hyvää suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa (kirjallinen ja suullinen)
Analyyttistä ajattelua ja tarkkuutta
Oma-aloitteisuutta ja hyviä yhteistyötaitoja
Kykyä työskennellä sekä itsenäisesti että osana tiimiä
Aiempi työkokemus lakialalta, esimerkiksi asianajotoimistosta on eduksi, mutta ei edellytys
