Support the Director in managing all aspects of track, building, vehicle, and grounds maintenance. Oversee staff, manage service contracts, and ensure the facility maintains high operational standards and beauty.
Requires at least five years of experience in construction or maintenance fields and a high school diploma. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks like budgeting and scheduling.
