You will lead and mentor a team of Data and Decision Scientists to improve marketing measurement frameworks including attribution and media-mix modelling. Additionally, you will drive the scalability of models using AI and partner cross-functionally to inform marketing budget decisions.

Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.
Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.
Backed by significant and increasing investments, Marketing is the primary driver of our platform's growth, accelerating our progress toward Vinted's mission of making second-hand the first choice worldwide.
As a Manager within the Marketing Data Science and Analytics team, you'll lead a team of Data Scientists and Decision Scientists. You will help improve our in-house measurement framework covering attribution, media-mix, lifetime value modelling, experimentation and advanced long-term effect measurement. The problems are technically complex, and they directly inform decisions on how we spend our marketing budget.
Alongside the measurement framework, you will ensure the scalability of our models and analytics with a strong focus on using AI to speed up development and improve quality.
You'll report to the domain's Director of Data Science & Analytics, who'll support your technical and leadership growth.
