Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on multi-technical installations to ensure building functionality and occupant comfort. Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, implementing corrective actions, and managing interventions via CMMS.
Requires a technical degree (CAP/BEP to BAC+2) in electrotechnics or climate engineering with at least 5 years of experience in multi-technical maintenance. Strong foundations in electricity, regulation, and CMMS are essential.

Les poste sont situés :
Rattaché au responsable de site, nos experts multi techniques réalisent les tâches liées au bon fonctionnement du bâtiment et au confort des occupants, dans les délais impartis, en respectant les normes et les règles en matière de sécurité et d’environnement.
Vos missions seront :
Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective sur des installations techniques dans le domaine du multi technique
Diagnostiquer l'origine des dysfonctionnements et mettre en place les actions de maintenance adaptées
Rédiger des comptes rendus d'intervention
Suivi de la GMAO
Respecter les consignes de sécurité, hygiène et qualité
Votre profil :
Formation technique CAP/BEP à BAC+2 en électrotechnique, génie climatique ou équivalent
Expérience dans la maintenance multi technique de minimum 5 ans
Excellentes bases en électricité, régulation et GMAO
