The Wellness Director supervises resident services staff and manages medication systems in compliance with state and federal laws. They are responsible for performing resident assessments, managing the department budget, and ensuring adherence to health and safety codes.
Candidates must be a licensed RN or LPN with experience in direct patient care, clinical assessments, and healthcare management at a department head level. CPR certification and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, are required.
