301-Financial Services - 2214-301 Acct Clerk - Part Time
Under general supervision and direction, performs a variety of clerical and accounting activities that follow generally prescribed or established procedures; and performs related work as required. This is a part-time position, working on a rotating schedule.
Answers a large volume of telephone calls from Laguna Woods Village residents for the purpose of identifying and documenting resident requests followed by directing the query to the appropriate Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Accounting team member. Objectively listens to resident concerns and responds in a compassionate manner. Is mindful of the sensitive information received from residents regarding their personal finances and treats such information with the utmost confidentiality.
