Responsible for full-scope, hands-on production cooking across all kitchen stations while maintaining food quality and presentation. Ensures all meals follow standardized recipes and special diet orders while adhering to health department sanitation guidelines.
Preferably three years of cooking experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting with a ServSafe certification. Must have knowledge of mechanical diets, food allergies, and the ability to follow complex oral and written instructions in English.
