The Host/Hostess is responsible for recording reservations and greeting guests in a friendly manner. They ensure guest satisfaction by seating residents and visitors according to established quality and service standards.
Applicants should be engaging team players with the ability to use a POS system and coordinate multiple tasks. Prior restaurant or customer service experience and a Food Handlers certification are preferred or required.

The enthusiastic team player we seek will receive and record all reservations within the system and greet and seat residents and guests according to the quality and service standards established for the dining room in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualified applicants will be friendly and engaging individuals who have the ability to work in a team environment, use a Point of Sale (POS) system and coordinate multiple tasks. Prior restaurant and/or customer service experience is preferred. Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handlers certification, as required.
