Job Summary
Victory Home Remodeling is seeking a motivated and technically curious Marketing
Technology Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team.
This is a hands-on, full-time technical role responsible for building, implementing, maintaining,
and supporting the technology that powers our marketing and operational teams. You will
execute assigned projects, build workflow automations, develop system integrations,
troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve the business systems used across
the organization.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, learning new software platforms,
improving business processes, and building scalable solutions that create better customer and
employee experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Automation & Process Development
● Build and maintain workflow automations across multiple business platforms.
● Develop business process automations using established business rules.
● Improve and optimize existing workflows and operational processes.
● Understand system data flow and create seamless customer experiences through
automation.
Project Execution
● Execute assigned technical projects from development through deployment.
● Build workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and platform configurations.
● Support production deployments.
● Provide Hypercare support following new deployments.
● Maintain existing systems and implement enhancements as business needs evolve.
Systems Integration
● Build and maintain API integrations between business platforms.
● Develop and troubleshoot webhook-based workflows.
● Configure REST API integrations.
● Validate data movement and synchronization across multiple systems.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
● Troubleshoot workflow failures, automation issues, API errors, webhook failures, and
integration problems.
● Diagnose and resolve dialer-related issues, routing issues, platform configuration
problems, and system failures.
● Perform root cause analysis for production issues.
● Manage and resolve technical requests through the department's ticketing system.
● Maintain and support existing workflows, automations, and operational technology
platforms.
Reporting & Documentation
● Build operational reports and dashboards.
● Validate reporting accuracy and data integrity.
● Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, workflow documentation, API
documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
● Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and platform changes.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer
Information Systems (CIS), Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Analytics, or Data Analytics.
● 1–2 years of professional experience working with Marketing Operations, marketing
automation, marketing data management, CRM platforms, or similar MarTech platforms.
● Experience using workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
automation tools.
● Experience designing business processes or operational workflows.
● Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
● Experience troubleshooting technical workflows, system integrations, and production
issues.
● Strong understanding of system data flows and business process automation.
● Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
● Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in documentation and data
management.
● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
● Experience supporting contact center technology and dialer platforms.
● Experience with AI-powered workflow automation.
● Experience building reports, dashboards, and operational analytics.
● Experience with SaaS platform administration.
● Familiarity with business process mapping and process flow design.
● Experience working within a ticketing or technical support system.
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns, automations, and customer journeys.
