Safely administer medications to residents and monitor their health conditions while documenting changes. Lead the care team in the absence of a supervisor and mentor staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in caregiving, medication administration, and dementia care. Must be CPR/First Aid certified and capable of performing physically demanding tasks like lifting and transferring residents.
