Prepare and serve nutritious, visually appealing meals for residents according to established menus and dietary guidelines. Maintain a clean, compliant kitchen environment while supervising dietary aides and ensuring food safety standards.
Requires at least one year of cooking experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare settings. Candidates must have knowledge of food safety and sanitation and be able to meet state and federal health regulations.
