Au sein de l’équipe administrative du laboratoire de contrôle qualité, le titulaire assure la gestion documentaire et administrative des différents laboratoires du contrôle qualité. Il assiste le Responsable Contrôle Qualité et les Responsables des secteurs dans leurs activités.
Vos missions :
Gérer la documentation dans le système de gestion de documentation.
Diffuser, classer et archiver les procédures du service.
Classer et archiver les données brutes et les enregistrements du laboratoire.
Gérer les modules de formation attribués aux collaborateurs dans le système de gestion de la formation, suivre les retards de prise de connaissance de documents.
Etablir manuellement les certificats d’analyse à la demande de l’AQP et de la conformité réglementaire, …
Traiter les demandes d’achats du service (devis, recherche de prestataires…), passer les commandes et assurer leur réception.
Mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires à la livraison des commandes (point de suivi, relances, contrôle réception, enregistrement réception, etc).
Suivre les factures et les contrats du service.
ASSISTANAT/SECRETARIAT
Assurer le secrétariat du contrôle qualité (notes, courriers, comptes rendu, envois échantillons, …)
Organiser et préparer des réunions internes et internationales (logistique, agenda, …).
Assurer l’accueil physique, téléphonique.
Organiser les déplacements.
Faire des présentations ou être en support pour leur préparation (français et anglais).
Organiser les journées de formation en collaboration avec le service RH.
Consolider les indicateurs du service.
Mettre à jour et diffuser les tableaux de bord mensuels.
Suivre le budget des services du contrôle qualité.
Compétences clés techniques :
Issu(e) d’une formation Bac à Bac+2, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 2 ans en gestion administrative dans le domaine de la qualité.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (gestion documentaire, système de formation, Pack Office, la connaissance du logiciel SAP est un plus).
Une expérience dans un laboratoire de contrôle qualité dans l’industrie pharmaceutique est un plus.
Une maitrise de l’anglais est un plus.
Savoir être :
Doté(e) d’un excellent savoir-être, vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation, d’autonomie et d’un bon esprit critique. Votre sens du service, votre esprit d’équipe et vos qualités rédactionnelles seront des atouts majeurs pour réussir dans ce poste.
Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnent contraint par des règles qualité.
Capable d’initiative et de propose des améliorations en lien avec l’activité
