The Design Operations & Project Coordinator serves as the operational backbone for the interior design business, managing client relationships, procurement, and scheduling. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in design operations, project management, or office administration. The role requires the ability to work on-site at the Bridgeport, CT office and warehouse.

The Design Operations/Project coordinator will be the operational backbone for Iconic Modern’s Interior Design business while also assisting with staging design support as needed. You'll sit at the center of the client relationship, finance, warehouse operations, and sales, making sure procurement, scheduling, and invoicing all move in sync and the financial details stay clean. You will build processes the allow the Iconic Modern interior design business to run efficiently and keep scaling.
