Chez nous, quand on est Conseiller déménagement au sein du service Déménagement F/H, on incarne le premier contact du client avec l’entreprise. Et plutôt que de vous raconter pendant des heures pourquoi Verisure est Top Employeur, on préfère vous parler de ce qui vous attend en nous rejoignant.
MISSION 1 : Accompagner le client dans sa démarche de déménagement
Indiquer et expliquer la procédure de déménagement
Exploiter toutes les techniques de relation client afin de pousser nos offres les plus porteuses
Utiliser à bon escient les offres commerciales (remises, produits…) afin de maximiser sa valeur
Récupérer au maximum les coordonnées des repreneurs
MISSION 2 : Gérer les impacts du déménagement
Etablir les devis en fonction du besoin du client
Programmer les interventions techniques nécessaires au bon usage (démontage, réinstallation, MAJ, …)
Qualifier avec précision les éléments clefs de traitement dans notre outil CRM
Confirmer par tout média les accords passés
Saisir si nécessaire les remises commerciales avec exactitude
MISSION 3 : Être responsable de son portefeuille d'actions et de l'expérience client
S’assurer du processus complet de facturation (conformité facture et moyen de paiement)
S’assurer que 100% des clients en charge ont bien été contactés suivant le processus défini
Rappeler 100% des clients suivant les rendez-vous convenus
S’assurer que toutes les demandes clients sont prises en compte en les adressant aux services concernés
Remonter toutes les informations pertinentes permettant d’améliorer l’ensemble de nos parcours clients
Un contrat en CDD pour un démarrage rapide et jusqu'au 30/09/2026

Une rémunération fixe à partir de 1 920 € bruts par mois, et des primes attractives plafonnées jusqu'à 350 € bruts mensuels.
