The Retail Associate engages homeowners at retail locations to educate them on residential solar energy benefits. They are responsible for qualifying leads and scheduling in-home consultations for Solar Consultants.
Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and be comfortable approaching strangers. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
Part-Time to Full-Time | Benefits Eligible
The Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.
This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.
Retail Associates earn commissions based on completed sales generated from appointments they originate.
