The Production Associate ensures smooth administrative and production processes through task management and quality assurance. They are responsible for responding to client and vendor requests while identifying process improvements to meet efficiency metrics.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in real estate, mortgage servicing, or financial services is preferred.

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
Required Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer service; structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar; Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer) Flexibility work schedule, data analytics.

Job Context: The majority of work will be performed indoors in an environmentally controlled setting. The work environment also includes business casual; frequent contact with others via e-mail, telephone, face-to-face, letters and memos; daily decisions which have low impact on co-workers and company results; and a low level of autonomy within highly structured process flows.
