Lead and manage the MMT Buyers team to ensure cost-effective and ethical procurement of materials to support production and delivery. Drive supplier performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field with over 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing. Must have proven leadership experience and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.
