The Registered Nurse monitors and cares for patients during Interventional Radiology and Vascular procedures. They act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers while supervising nonprofessional staff.
Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing, a Texas nursing license, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in moderate sedation administration and recovery.

Job Summary: The primary duty of the Registered Nurse is to monitor and care for the patient during Interventional Radiology and Vascular procedures. The nurse also liaises between the patient, healthcare providers, and family. The nurse is to be familiar with the overall function(s) of the Interventional Radiology and Vascular specialty.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises care given by nonprofessional staff and provides instruction as needed.
