The role involves enforcing aviation security and traffic regulations while providing operational and customer support at the airport. Key duties include monitoring restricted areas, performing patrols, and responding to emergency situations.
Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in aviation, and a valid Ontario G-Class Driver's License. A high school diploma is required, while a university degree or Law and Security Administration Diploma is preferred.

Hamilton Airport has two openings for the position of Terminal Operations Officer. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Centre, the successful candidate will provide customer support, parking, operational support and security. This role is a regular, full-time union position covered by a Collective Agreement.
This position is open to internal and external candidates. Previous relevant job performance will be taken into consideration for all applicants.
