The technician is responsible for performing paintless dent removal and cosmetic repairs on vehicle bodies using specialized tools and techniques. They must also collaborate with management to assess repair costs and ensure high-quality work to minimize production delays.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Paintless Dent Repair technician and possess a clean driving record with a valid driver's license. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.
