This role provides dealership support through inbound call handling, customer service, and appointment coordination. The coordinator is responsible for managing schedules and maintaining professional correspondence with customers and co-workers.
A high school diploma is required, with prior call center experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred. Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and meet specific physical requirements for office and dealership tasks.

This position provides support to the rest of the dealership in various functions including but not limited to inbound calls, customer support and appointment coordinating.
Scheduling is a 3/13 work week. Full-time, 3 days on at 13 hours each, followed by 4 days off.
