Provide individualized support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to foster independence and community integration. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, health monitoring, medication administration, and implementing behavioral support plans.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, Social Work, etc.) or a professional certification such as LPN, CNA, or RBT. Candidates must be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to be Covid-19 vaccinated and boosted.

Values Into Action is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Enhanced Support Partners (Direct Support Professionals). In this role, you'll provide individualized support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they pursue meaningful lives in their communities.
We believe great support starts with great relationships. Our team members partner with people to build independence, explore interests, connect with their communities, and achieve personal goals.
We are currently seeking staff to support two individuals with diverse strengths, interests, and support needs.
PERSON 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9AM - 3PM
Person 2: Tuesday and Thursday: 8AM - 5PM
