You’ll learn the stories behind the Zegna brand, products and craftsmanship, use these to authentically engage with customers as you share our offering and build ongoing relationships with them to make them feel a valued part of the Zegna world.
You and your colleagues are accountable for achieving sales targets for your store, executing the plans provided by your store manager, as well as using your own initiative to suggest alternative strategies.
You are responsible for ensuring the store environment is always on par with what our customers expect of us and well organized. To achieve this, you’ll be involved in visual merchandising, packaging, stock room management, inventory, cashiering and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a versatile team member, supporting all areas of the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize client satisfaction.
• Consistently reflects the Brand's image, values, and quality standards throughout the sales journey and post-purchase interactions.
• Works collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, professional, and high-performing store environment.
• Delivers the sales experience in line with company procedures and luxury service standards.
• Provides outstanding customer service, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and support.
• Develops and nurtures long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Delivers attentive and efficient after-sales support, ensuring customer concerns and requests are resolved promptly.
• Creates positive and memorable interactions at every customer touchpoint, reinforcing the Brand's reputation and values.
• Shares relevant customer feedback and insights with management to support business development and client engagement strategies.
• Attends product training sessions and stays informed about all collections and product categories available in-store.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned product categories while continuously expanding overall product expertise.
• Maintains awareness of stock levels and product availability to maximize sales opportunities.
• Adheres to loss prevention and security procedures to minimize theft and inventory discrepancies.
• Reports missing items, stock issues, or suspicious activity promptly to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Client Advisor or in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to embody and uphold the Brand's values and image.
• Genuine enthusiasm for Zegna products, with a strong commitment to promoting and representing the Brand.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing situations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
