The SPD Technician QA Lead oversees the training and precepting of new hires while conducting daily audits of sterilization and cleaning equipment. They collaborate with leadership to improve processes and ensure compliance with CDPH and The Joint Commission standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one professional certification such as CIS, CBSPDT, or CRCST. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience with specialty instrumentation and devices is required.
