Lead technical proposal operations by integrating capture strategies into compelling proposals for complex DoD projects. Manage and train a team of proposal professionals while institutionalizing continuous improvement processes based on industry best practices.
Requires a bachelor's degree or 15 years of relative experience and subject matter expertise in technical proposal management. Candidates must be able to analyze DoD acquisition documents and be eligible for a DoD Secret security clearance.
