The Systems Navigator guides individuals with mental health challenges through complex care systems to improve stability and independence. Responsibilities include providing direct client support, coordinating holistic care, and building strong community partnerships.
Candidates need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or two years of experience working with individuals with mental illness. A valid Minnesota Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and at least one year of professional mental health experience are required.
