The Administrative Secretary coordinates complex office management functions and maintains daily school operations. Responsibilities include supervising subordinate personnel, managing student records, and serving as the primary point of contact for the front office.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, a typing speed of at least 40 wpm, and current CPR/First Aid certification. Additional requirements include mandated reporter training and successful completion of criminal background and TB clearances.

The job of Administrative Secretary is done for the purpose/s of coordinating complex, extensive, and technical secretarial and office management functions to maintain the day-to-day operations of a school office; assisting in the coordination of substitutes for absent teachers; monitoring of office staff work; overseeing the maintenance of records relative to registration and/or transfer of students, grade reporting, and other secretarial services; preparing accurate and timely information; supervising student assistants or subordinate personnel; and serving as the first point of contact in the front office. This job reports to Principal or Administrative Designee.
