The Training Specialist II leads HB Resolute training and conducts quality assurance reviews of accounts within the Revenue Cycle department. They also plan, organize, and implement continuing educational programs and management development initiatives for employees.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with HB Resolute, account quality assurance, and previous training experience.
