This position acts in a supervisory role to maintain an orderly and safe use of parking resources on campus through educational and enforcement activities and coordinates enforcement activities with special events and construction activities. This position directly supervises, trains, and evaluates parking enforcement staff to ensure consistent enforcement practices in the field. This position serves as a front-line ambassador for the department and the University when interacting with customers or the general public.
