The Patient Care Coordinator assists with the clinical care of fertility patients by providing counseling, procedure education, and emotional support. They are responsible for communicating physician orders and ensuring program goals are met through excellent customer service.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of healthcare experience with familiarity in medical terminology. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer applications are required.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Central Park, Colorado.
