The Regional Sales Director will own the full sales cycle for Southeast Asia and India, driving new business and expanding strategic customer relationships. As a Regional Sales Director, reporting to the Head of Go-to-Market (GTM), Southeast Asia, you'll be responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic customer relationships across Southeast Asia and India. You'll partner with organizations to help them unlock the value of customer insights through UserTesting, guiding customers through complex buying decisions and delivering measurable business outcomes.
In this individual contributor role, you'll combine strategic account planning with consultative selling, managing opportunities from prospecting through to close while collaborating closely with Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams. You'll play a key role in accelerating regional growth by building trusted executive relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, for customers across Southeast Asia and India.
Drive new customer acquisition while identifying opportunities to expand existing strategic accounts.
Lead complex, consultative sales engagements using MEDDPICC and other established sales methodologies.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, positioning UserTesting as a strategic partner.
Develop territory and account plans that generate qualified pipeline and support consistent achievement of sales targets.
Maintain accurate opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce and other sales tools.
Partner closely with Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to maximize customer success and territory performance.
Share customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights with Product and Go-to-Market teams to help shape future product direction and commercial strategy.
Represent UserTesting at customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry events to strengthen our presence across the region.
Proven success in exceeding quota as an Account Executive selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and six-figure opportunities.
Strong ability to build executive relationships and navigate complex enterprise organizations.
Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Google Workspace, 6sense, ZoomInfo/Cognism, or similar sales technology platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
